FCD used in water and wastewater application, which is responsible for :
– Controlling the valves operation based on set of parameters ( water level, outlet water flow, water turbidity percentage ,…….etc.).
– Backwash process , through :
– Turning the air blower and backwash pumps on/off according to the philosophy of operation.
– Visualization the auto backwash operation via HMI.
The FCD also designed for several mode of operation as the following :
– Manual mode.
– Semi- auto mode.
– Automatic mode.
